Your Practitioner
Hi! My name is Taylor and I am honored to be able to hold a healing space for you.
My journey into wellness began in 2009 when I started experiencing a multitude of health concerns ranging from chronic pain to autoimmune. Not only did this effect my physical health, but it had a tremendous impact on my emotional and spiritual well-being. After little to no success with conventional western medicine, I decided to try a different approach through alternative holistic therapies. With patience and dedication, I began to feel an awakening and reconnection with my body. From then on, my life was changed forever.
I attended New York College of Health Professionals in 2013 where I received my degree in occupational studies and Massage Therapy. From there I began working under Acupuncturist Dr. Erin Hurme in Amityville, NY until 2019 before moving to the beautiful city of Denver, CO. For 4.5 years I had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Lisa Goodman and a number of terrific holistic health care professionals at Washington Park Chiropractic. In February of 2023 I received my professional care certification for Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy where I had the pleasure of mentoring under Midwife Abigial Reagon and therapist Lisa Kelly. I specialize in pre and post-natal, women's pelvic and abdominal health as well as neuromuscular therapy and sports massage. My life's purpose has been devoting myself to helping others reconnect and find freedom within themselves and their bodies.
I've always had a deep love and spiritual connection to the natural world. From growing up on the beautiful Northeastern coast and migrating to the breathtaking mountains of Colorado, my appreciation and love for the profound healing abilities nature constantly brings to my life continues to grow. I owe my inspiration and perseverance to the practice of herbalism, my connection to nature and the healing power of touch.
“And there I marveled at the forest’s trees; My soul rooted to its deep verdant sea. I could no more leave it, than it could walk from me.”-Angie Weiland Crosby
