My Policies

Fragrance Free:  My work studio is Fragrance Free. Please refrain from wearing synthetic perfumes and scents. Essential Oils are fine. 

•  Cancellation Policy: I have a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee during your next appointment. I provide you with an appointment confirmation through email and a reminder 48 hours prior to your booked appointment and again the day before. Please prioritize your wellness and my time efficiently. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it becomes challenging for me to fill that appointment.

• Non-Refundable Payment Policy: All services and products purchased are non- refundable. No refunds will be provided for the full or partial price for any unused services and/or packages.

• All Packages of 6 must be used within a year of purchase. All Packages of 12 must be used within 18 months of purchase. This policy helps keep my clients on a consistent therapy regime. * Packages are purchased in-person only.
